​Osteopathy is often viewed as hands-on therapy for muscles and joints — and it is.. But it’s also a way of understanding the body as a connected, intelligent system with an innate capacity to heal.

With a Master’s degree from the European School of Osteopathy, my four years of training included clinical placements in pre- and post-natal care, paediatrics, sports injuries, and headache management — giving me a broad, practical and evidence-informed view of pain and recovery.

At the core of my philosophy:

• We consider physiological & pharmacological influences

I also have a deep interest in neuro-rehabilitation and explored virtual reality as a tool for rehabilitating Parkinsonian patients in my postgraduate research. I also continue to study the developments in understanding of the mind-body connection which I believe is pivotal.
